Cheap flights to Egypt, which class (economy, first or business) are discount tickets found in?

It is not unheard of to find flights to Egypt which are discounted in other classes as well as economy, i.e. First class and Business class. However, the reduction in price of the ticket is not as great a bargain as what you would find in the lower class.

Another point to mention is that if you have ever been lucky enough to purchase a discount flight in economy it is highly likely that you will not be able to upgrade it to a higher class upon paying some extra money, however there is no harm in trying to give it a go.

Short Guide to Egypt

When someone mentions the word Egypt, the thoughts of the pyramids, the empire of the Pharaohs and a rich and famous civilisation come to mind. The famous Nile river runs through the heart of this country which has been the crossroads for numerous civilisations in its tumultuous history.

Egypt has been attracting visitors to its shores for centuries including the Greek and Roman visitors some who purportedly travelled to the region in the fifth century BC. They came to marvel at the ingenuity and skill of craftsmen who had built magnificent statues, tombs and buildings commemorating the rule of the pharaohs.

You will find all sorts of environments in this country, from bustling inner cities to desert sand dunes and from the rich agricultural landscape to mountainous regions. Egypt truly has something to offer for everyone: enjoy taking a spectacular diving trip in the famous red Sea, explore the desert sands off road in a jeep or simply take a relaxing cruise down the Nile taking in the scenery as you go.

One thing is for certain, Egypt is sure to want you coming back for more, a unique fusion of relaxation, discovery and entertainment.

One of the most famous and the oldest universities in the world is the Al-Azhar University. Located in the ancient city of Cairo this institution housed in a majestic building has been producing scholars for centuries, up to this day it is still attracting students from all around the world.

Who could forget to mention the amazing structures known as the pyramids. People have theorised many ways as to how a nation with primitive building tools could produce such a profound structure. It is possible to take a tour inside the pyramids, however this is not recommended if you have difficulty crawling into small spaces or are claustrophobic.

The people in Egypt are warm and friendly. It is a majority Muslim country with a sizeable Christian minority, local customs and traditions should be observed, for example: women should try and dress moderately, and rowdy behaviour should be avoided especially in the month of Ramadan. Egypt enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate and is particularly popular with European travellers keen to escape the weather in their own countries.

The authorities have warned of likely terrorist attacks in Egypt, particular locations vulnerable to these risks are situated along the red Sea resort areas.
