The Museum District features nearly twenty museums, plus the Houston Zoo and Hermann Park, while the Theater District has world-class productions. Sports fans can enjoy the Astros, Rockets, Texans, and the Dynamos, and people interested in space exploration must visit NASA’s Johnson Space Center in nearby Clear Lake. While you are busy exploring, stop for a bite at one of the area’s innumerable authentic ethnic restaurants; Houston has every type of food you could desire, including its own Tex-Mex cuisine.
