All this industry took a toll on Cleveland it became known for its polluted air and dull “steel town” atmosphere. Today, the city has revived and many of its neighborhoods are revitalized. Much of its industry has moved outside of the city. Modern clubs and restaurants occupy downtown’s factories and warehouses. Tree filled parks uplift the urban environment with a touch of nature.
